Da Da dada Da Da dada (or however it goes) ;)

So.... here we are at least another month later.... let's give you an update! Spring time in Arziona has been fabulous so far. There have been a couple upper 90's days and I just keep telling Josh "man it's hot today".. he just laughs. Apperently I have no idea what "hot" actually means here so I'm waiting to see. I don't feel the urge to sit in my pool all day yet, like everyone says I will, so I guess it's not quite "hot" yet. I'm just being a Northern girl not used to the heat.

Family life is going amazing! I had a birthday the end of April and it was so nice. Josh's mom, sister & grandma took me to lunch and then shopping afterwards. It was very fun. Girls day is always appreciated. I don't feel any older so I guess that is great too! Ayzli is keeping me on my toes! She is a rolling machine: from one end of the living room to the next in no time flat. She and Wilbur are such good buddies and they play so well together. He's so patient with her and loves to gnaw on her. Ayzli is 8 months old now. She is getting up to crawl but hasn't quite taken off yet. It's only a matter of time. She loves to just roll around and play with her toys. She plays so well alone. She is still addicted to Madagascar 2 and now has quite the binky addicition as well but that's alright! When you say "bye bye" to her, she moves her fingers but can't quite the hand movement out yet. She loves to just sit and exercise he vocal chords... especially when Daddy is trying to sleep. It's like she knows. She is getting her 2nd tooth right next to the bottom one. She was 21 pounds at her drs appointment; still a great eater and just a pure joy!!

My 1st Mother's Day was certainly one to remember! Josh had been teasing me about getting me a vacuum as a gift all week prior and I was just so excited about it ;) (big wink). But when Sunday morning rolled around he and Ayzli pleasently suprised me and proposed to me! It was the cutest, possibly one of the best moments of my life! Of course I said yes and now you all know! WE ARE ENGAGED! So excited! My ring is absolutely beautiful and I just couldn't be more happy. Josh is truly the man of my dreams and it just seems that this year has been such a great adventure for me and that life is looking more beautiful every single day. No plans yet for a wedding date or any of that. We'll stay in touch though.

Lets see... well our pumping business is doing pretty well. We are still moving forward and getting more advertising out. Calls are going well and we are excited about the opportunities we have to make it really grow. I am working on starting my own online baby boutique. I get asked so often where I get Ayzli's bows and flowers so I just decided to make my own and start selling them! We should be up and running in the next couple of weeks and I am so excited to be able to stay at home and still make some income. Josh really supports me in this and has provided me a way to get started and it's just going to be so much fun!!
